Who we are
Bonus Ledger, published at lionsdenu.com, is an independent information site covering no-deposit casino bonuses, sweepstakes-casino rules, and US gambling law. This policy covers the data practices of this website only. It does not cover any third-party casino, sweepstakes operator, or advertiser site you may reach through a link, since each of those operates under its own separate privacy policy that we do not control.
What data we collect
Information you provide directly
We collect two categories of information. The first is data you provide directly: if you email us at [email protected], we receive your email address, name if included, and the content of your message. We use that information only to respond and to correct factual errors on the site, and we do not add it to a marketing list.
Information collected automatically

Third parties

We do not sell visitor data to data brokers, and we hold no affiliate agreements with casino or sweepstakes operators, so no visitor data is shared with any gambling operator through this site.
We may disclose information if legally required to do so, for example in response to a valid subpoena or court order, or to protect the security of this site against fraud or abuse.
Data retention
Server logs are typically retained for a limited window, commonly a matter of months, before being purged or anonymized in the ordinary course of hosting operations. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's standard retention settings. Emails sent to [email protected] are kept as long as needed to resolve the inquiry and to maintain a factual-correction record for the site, after which we delete them on a rolling basis.

We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with your request, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children's privacy
This site discusses casino gambling and is intended for adults 21 and older, matching the minimum age for the real-money content it covers. It is not directed at anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our data practices change or when relevant law changes, and we revise the "Updated" date at the top of this page each time. Material changes will be reflected here directly; we do not maintain a separate change log, so the current version of this page is always the operative one.
